Swiss Living began with a simple belief: home is a feeling. We want you to feel it in every one of our homes.
We are Nicole and Gabriel Fritz, the people behind Swiss Living. Our story is rooted in Switzerland, where our love of beautiful interiors, quality and thoughtful details began. When we made South Florida our home, we brought that sensibility with us.

Drawing on Nicole’s background as a Swiss architect and interior designer, along with our experience in real estate, we began creating furnished homes that offer more than simply a place to stay. Warm, balanced and welcoming spaces where everything has been thoughtfully prepared, so you can arrive, settle in and feel at home.

Today, Swiss Living offers beautifully furnished homes in South Florida for stays of different lengths—whether you are here for a short visit, several months or longer. From time to time, we also offer selected homes for sale, each prepared with the same care, attention to detail and sense of harmony.
